Whether small renovations or large new construction projects and anything in between, we have become one of the leaders in sprinkler installation and renovation work in Northern Indiana. Below are some projects to highlight some of the work we have done with trusted General Contractors around the area.
A project with Majority Builders, where we provided fire sprinkler renovation for coverage in the new Outpatient Pharmacy inside Elkhart General Hospital. Flexible arm-overs and concealed heads were utilized to accommodate the new wall and ceiling layout.
This was a project with Majority Builders, where we were asked to renovate an existing system to provided sprinkler coverage within the space, meeting the criteria of room layout and health codes. This project also included the installation of a Pre-Action system and nonmagnetic pipe, fittings, and heads to protect their X-Ray room.
A project with Ancon Construction; where we were hired as the trusted fire sprinkler contractor to build and install a Wet sprinkler system in the four story hotel going up in South Bend, Indiana. The install was based on NFPA 13 and 13R codes and includes a combination of both steel and CPVC sprinkler pipe, residential sprinkler heads, and a design that meets the aesthetic of both the general contractor and the owner.
A project with Ancon Construction; where we were hired as the trusted fire sprinkler contractor to complete a renovation of an old grocery store into what is now the new Elkhart County Convention & Visitor Bureau. This project required the renovation of a system to provide upright sprinkler coverage in the warehouse and open-to-structure ceiling areas, as well as adding heads to meet a new drop ceiling and wall layout.
This is project with Ancon Construction where we were contracted to retrofit the existing sprinkler system to meet a new layout, add coverage in an addition where the new take out area is, and install an antifreeze loop to feed the freezer/cooler after it was moved to it’s new location on the exterior of the building.
